On-site incident and crisis training

GOOD DECISIONS UNDER PRESSURE CAN BE TRAINED

CeBeReN trains and advises organisations on incidents and crises: from CBRN threats to challenging behaviour in the workplace. Tailor-made, at your own location, by specialists with many years of experience in the Dutch armed forces and police.

CEBEREN WORKS WITH ORGANISATIONS SUCH AS

Services

PREPARE, RESPOND, RECOVER

All training is tailor-made and takes place at your location, for managers and the employees involved.

Training

Decision-making under pressure

Managers practise with the BOB model in scenarios that resemble your organisation. We align your decision-making with that of the police, fire service and medical emergency services.

Training & advice

CBRN incidents

Chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats: recognition, protection, decontamination and working with the emergency services.

Advice

Incident response plan

A plan that fits your organisation, drawn up with your own people and tested at your location. We have done this for several hospitals, among others.

Training

Challenging behaviour

Recognising, de-escalating and safely handling confused, threatening or deviant behaviour and disruptions of internal order.

Arno also gives lectures on decision-making and CBRN, and advises government, emergency services and critical infrastructure.

Approach

STRUCTURE IN CHAOS

Every team we work with learns the BOB model: Picture, Judgement, Decision. It works because it starts from how people actually behave under pressure, not how we think they will react. Good decisions increase the pace and prevent casualties.

 PICTURE

What is going on? Quickly build a shared and complete picture of the situation.

 JUDGEMENT

What does it mean? Weigh up the risks and options.

 DECISION

What are we going to do? A clear decision, recorded and carried out.

Humanity

We train people, not procedures. How people really respond under pressure is at the heart of everything we do.

Tailor-made

Every training is built around your location, your risks and your scenarios.

Effectiveness

Afterwards, your team knows what to do. We test that in practice.

Distribution in the Netherlands

About Arno Versloot

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE ARMED FORCES AND POLICE

Arno served for many years in the Dutch armed forces and police, specialising in precision marksmanship and CBRNe. As a CBRN specialist with the DSI, the Dutch police special intervention service, he saw how much depends on good preparation and clear decisions.

With CeBeReN he brings that knowledge to organisations outside the armed forces and police, so that professionals can act with as little risk as possible during unique incidents.

I strongly believe in the power of sharing knowledge and putting it into practice. Every project is an opportunity to truly help organisations and their people move forward.
